Plans and Usage Limits

Here is a breakdown of how the 7-day free trial works and how you can get more space if you need it.

7-Day Free Trial

When you sign up, you start with a 7-day free trial of the Creator plan, so you can try the full workflow with capped usage. A payment card is required to begin, and the trial converts to Creator at $29/month when it ends — unless you cancel first. You can cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged. Here is exactly what the trial includes:

  • Video Uploads: You can upload 2 videos, each up to 3 minutes long. If your video is longer, you will need to trim it before uploading.

  • Voiceover Generation: You get 10 minutes of AI voice-over generation. We calculate this separately from your video uploads. This covers the audio the AI generates for your scripts.

  • Translations: You can translate 1 video into another language.

  • Rendering: Creating your final video (rendering) uses a lot of processing power. Because of this, there are limits on how many times you can render and export your projects in the cloud. Paid plans also include unlimited free local rendering — your video is rendered right in your browser and doesn't use your render quota. Local rendering unlocks when your paid plan starts; trial exports render in the cloud with a watermark.

  • Exports: You can export 1 video during the trial, and it will include a watermark.

  • Not Included: AI avatars are not available during the trial, and credit packs can't be purchased until your paid plan starts.

Your plan's full limits — including watermark-free exports and AI avatars — unlock the moment your paid plan starts, or immediately if you upgrade early.

Upgrading Your Plan

If you hit a limit or just need more room to work, you can upgrade to a paid plan.

Billing is attached to your Organization, not your individual user account. This means you aren't just upgrading for yourself, but for the whole workspace. Only the Organization gets billed.

Right now we offer monthly plans. You can head to your organization settings to view the available options and switch your account to a paid tier.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does deleting old projects free up storage space?

Yes. Since storage includes all your assets like uploads and renders, deleting files you no longer need will clear up space for new projects.

Why is the voiceover limit different from the video limit?

We count them separately because you might generate multiple versions of a voiceover for a single video. This limit covers the total duration of audio generated by the AI.

Can I upgrade just my personal account without an Organization?

No. Billing is strictly tied to the Organization level. You need to upgrade the Organization itself, which then applies the benefits to that workspace.

What happens if my video is longer than my plan's limit?

The system won't process videos longer than your plan's per-video limit — during the free trial that limit is 3 minutes. You will need to use a video editor to trim the file down before you upload it to Videomule.
