Plans and Usage Limits
Here is a breakdown of how the free plan works and how you can get more space if you need it.
Free Plan Limits
When you sign up for a free account, you get access to the core features to test things out. We have a few limits in place to keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Video Uploads: You can upload videos up to 3 minutes long. If your video is longer, you will need to trim it before uploading.

Voiceover Generation: You get 5 minutes of voiceover generation. We calculate this separately from your video uploads. This covers the audio the AI generates for your scripts.

Storage: Your storage limit includes everything in your account. This means your original uploaded videos, the AI-generated voiceover files, and your final rendered videos all count toward this total. Every asset you add or create takes up a bit of this space.

Rendering: Creating your final video (rendering) uses a lot of processing power. Because of this, there are limits on how many times you can render and export your projects on the free tier.
Upgrading Your Plan
If you hit a limit or just need more room to work, you can upgrade to a paid plan.
Billing is attached to your Organization, not your individual user account. This means you aren't just upgrading for yourself, but for the whole workspace. Only the Organization gets billed.
Right now we offer monthly plans. You can head to your organization settings to view the available options and switch your account to a paid tier.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does deleting old projects free up storage space?
Yes. Since storage includes all your assets like uploads and renders, deleting files you no longer need will clear up space for new projects.
Why is the voiceover limit different from the video limit?
We count them separately because you might generate multiple versions of a voiceover for a single video. The 5-minute limit covers the total duration of audio generated by the AI.
Can I upgrade just my personal account without an Organization?
No. Billing is strictly tied to the Organization level. You need to upgrade the Organization itself, which then applies the benefits to that workspace.
What happens if my video is longer than 3 minutes?
The system won't process videos longer than the 3-minute limit on the free plan. You will need to use a video editor to trim the file down before you upload it to Videomule.
