Managing Your Organization
VideoMule uses a simple two-level structure. Your organization sits at the top, and all your team members and projects live inside it. Any projects or assets you create belong to the organization, not to individual users. This makes it easy to collaborate because everyone on your team can see and work on the same projects.
Inviting Team Members
You can invite people to join your organization right from the start during onboarding, or add them later from your settings.
To add new members, go to your organization settings and look for the Members section. From there, you can send invitations to anyone you want to collaborate with.
Once someone joins your organization, they get access to all projects. Any videos, scripts, or assets uploaded by one team member become visible to everyone else in the organization. This shared workspace approach means your whole team stays on the same page without needing to manually share individual files.
Organization Settings
Your organization has its own dedicated settings page where you can manage the basics.
Here you can update your organization name and profile. You can also upload and crop your organization logo to match your brand. The logo cropping tool is built right in, so you can adjust it without needing any external software.
If you need to work with multiple organizations, you can create additional ones from this area as well. Each organization you create will have its own separate workspace with its own projects, members, and settings.
Account Settings
Your personal account settings are separate from your organization settings. This is where you manage preferences that are just about you, not your whole team.
You can switch between light and dark mode based on what feels easier on your eyes. You can also update your personal profile information like your name and contact details.
Think of it this way. Organization settings affect everyone in your workspace. Account settings only affect your personal experience.

Can members see all the projects in an organization?
Yes. When someone joins your organization, they automatically get access to every project. All uploads and assets are shared across the entire team.
What happens if I invite someone and they already have a VideoMule account?
They will be able to join your organization using their existing account. They can then switch between organizations as needed.
Does changing my account settings affect other team members?
No. Account settings like theme preferences are personal. Your choice of light or dark mode only changes your own view, not anyone else's.
