Credit Packs
Credit packs are one-time bundles of usage that don't reset each month. They add upload minutes, AI voice minutes, cloud renders, translations, storage, and avatar usage to your organization. Buying another pack adds to your remaining pack balance.
Packs are separate from your subscription allowance and from add-ons that top up the current billing cycle.
What's in each pack
Open Pricing and select One-Time to see the packs currently available. On 16 September 2026, the catalog displayed the Standard Pack:

The offer includes watermark-free exports, high-quality AI voices, and unlimited free local renders while your pack is active. Custom avatar slots included with a pack are permanent; check the offer for the slots included with your purchase.
Available packs can change. Review the current offer and final purchase terms before paying.
How to buy a credit pack
- In your organization, select Upgrade when it is available.
- If a promotional dialog appears, select Continue to upgrade.
- In Upgrade your plan, select One-Time to open Credit Packs.
- Review the pack and quantity, then select Buy now to begin the purchase flow. Check the final price and terms before completing payment.

The public Pricing page also lists packs under One-Time. Its Buy now link leads to account sign-up.
Buy Add-Ons, available on Usage and in Settings → Organization → Billing, opens a separate catalog of current-cycle top-ups. Some add-ons have “Pack” in their name. Choose One-Time → Credit Packs for the standalone bundle described here.
Where to check your usage
Open Usage from your organization's sidebar. Resource Usage shows used amounts, limits, and remaining amounts for Video Upload, Voice-Over Generation, AI Avatar Credits, Custom Avatars, Renders, Storage, and Scripts & Translations.
Settings → Organization → Billing also shows a Plan Limits usage summary. These organization usage views should not be read as a separate credit-pack ledger.
The catalog and usage meters use different labels for some resources: the pack card lists translations and AI avatar minutes, while Usage shows Scripts & Translations and AI Avatar Credits. For numerical limits and usage guidance, see Capabilities and Limits.
How pack credits are consumed
Your plan's monthly allowance is used first. Once the corresponding allowance runs out, usage draws from your pack. Pack credits don't reset with the plan's monthly cycle.
Storage has its own meter under Usage → Resource Usage → Storage. It shows used GB, a GB limit, and remaining space. Check it alongside your upload allowance: upload minutes and storage GB measure different resources.
Packs keep you working without a subscription
Credit packs can be used without an active paid subscription. If your subscription ends, continued use depends on an active pack and the applicable resource balance. Upload minutes, AI voice minutes, and cloud renders are separate allowances; a pack does not provide unlimited generation or cloud rendering.
Credit packs can't be purchased during the free trial, and they don't extend trial limits. See Plans and Usage Limits for trial and subscription allowances.
Credit packs vs add-ons
Add-ons top up your current billing cycle and require an active paid subscription. Their bonus disappears at the next monthly reset. The +1 Custom Avatar Slot add-on is the exception: that slot is permanent.
Credit packs don't require a subscription, and their credits don't reset each month. Choose an add-on for a small top-up during the current cycle, or a pack for usage you can spread over time.
Frequently asked questions
Do credit pack credits expire?
They don't reset on a monthly cycle. Credits stay in your balance until you use them.
Can I buy more than one pack?
Yes. Each purchase adds its credits to your existing pack balance.
Do packs remove the watermark?
Yes, while you have an active pack outside the free trial. Trial exports are watermarked.
Which is used first, my plan or my pack?
Your plan's monthly allowance is consumed first. Pack credits cover the overflow for the corresponding resource.
Where do I buy a pack?
Select Upgrade → One-Time in the app's plan selector. The Buy Add-Ons catalog contains current-cycle top-ups; standalone credit packs appear under One-Time.
Where can I check remaining usage?
Open Usage to see the Resource Usage meters and remaining amounts. Settings → Organization → Billing also has a Plan Limits summary.
