Credit Packs
Credit packs are one-time bundles of upload minutes, voiceovers, renders, translations, storage, and avatar minutes that stack on top of your subscription and don't reset monthly.
A credit pack is a one-time purchase that adds a bundle of usage — upload minutes, voiceover minutes, renders, translations, storage, avatar minutes, and custom avatar slots — on top of whatever your subscription includes.
Two things make packs different from your plan's monthly allowance:
- Pack credits don't reset. They stay available until you use them.
- Packs stack. Buying another pack adds its credits on top of what's left in your balance.
What's in each pack
| Included | Starter Pack | Standard Pack | Power Pack |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price (one-time) | $79 | $199 | $449 |
| Video upload minutes | 30 | 100 | 250 |
| AI voiceover minutes | 50 | 180 | 450 |
| Cloud renders | 30 | 100 | 250 |
| Translations | 15 | 50 | 125 |
| Storage | 10 GB | 30 GB | 75 GB |
| AI avatar minutes | 5 | 15 | 25 |
| Custom avatar slots | 1 | 3 | 7 |
Every pack also unlocks watermark-free exports, high-quality AI voices, and unlimited free local renders while the pack is active. Custom avatar slots from a pack are permanent.
You can buy packs from your organization's billing settings. Which packs are offered at checkout can vary over time.
How pack credits are consumed
Your subscription's monthly allowance is always used first. Only when a monthly quota runs out does usage spill over into your credit pack. That means your pack lasts as long as possible — it only covers the overflow.
Example: on the Creator plan you have 3 avatar credits per month. If you generate 5 credits' worth of avatar video, 3 come from your plan and only 2 are deducted from your pack.
Packs keep you working without a subscription
Credit packs work even when you don't have an active paid subscription. If your subscription lapses or a payment fails, an active credit pack keeps the paid features — uploads, generation, rendering — available, drawing on the pack's credits.
Credit packs can't be purchased during the free trial, and trial caps (like the 1-translation and no-avatars limits) are absolute — a pack does not extend them. Packs unlock fully once your paid plan starts.
Credit packs vs add-ons
VideoMule also sells small add-ons (for example, +30 upload minutes or +30 translations). The difference:
- Add-ons top up your current billing cycle and require an active paid subscription. Their bonus disappears at the next monthly reset (the +1 Custom Avatar Slot add-on is the exception — it's permanent).
- Credit packs are standalone: they don't require a subscription and their credits don't reset.
Choose an add-on when you need a small top-up this month; choose a pack when you want a durable buffer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do credit pack credits expire?
They don't reset on a monthly cycle — credits stay in your balance until you use them.
Can I buy more than one pack?
Yes. Each purchase adds its credits on top of your existing balance.
Do packs remove the watermark?
Yes — while you have an active pack, exports are watermark-free (outside the free trial, whose exports are always watermarked).
Which is used first — my plan or my pack?
Your plan's monthly allowance is consumed first. The pack only covers the overflow, so pack credits are preserved as long as possible.
